Engineering Analytics has immediate openings for the following positions:


Project Engineer - Water and Wastewater Treatment Engineer – Fort Collins, CO.  BS and MS in Civil or Chemical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in water and wastewater treatment. The position involves the development of feasibility studies, design and implementation of bench-scale and pilot-scale studies, full-scale water treatment system design, and start-up and operation of wastewater and water treatment facilities.  Must have experience in reverse osmosis design and operation.  Position requires an understanding of water and waste water treatment for mining, industrial and municipal clients.  Colorado PE required and registration in other states a plus.

Duties include project management and mentoring of technical staff, project work, marketing, budget responsibilities, client interaction, and development of a water treatment group.  Experience with AutoCAD, Project Scheduling Software (Microsoft Office Project and Primavera) as well as construction management.  Position requires travel up to 25% of time.


Senior Civil Engineer – San Diego, CA.  BS in Civil Engineering with 15 - 20 years of experience in civil engineering to support environmental/engineering projects related to contaminant site remediation, remedial design/remedial action, environmental compliance, and project management.  MS in Civil Engineering and QSP or QSD certification preferred.  Duties include project management; project and engineering design oversight; mentoring of technical staff; budget and schedule development; and monitoring, promoting and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients; and business development.  Projects will require the candidate to have extensive experience in the design, permitting and construction oversight of soil and groundwater systems, large scale excavations, and experience in Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) compliance.  Candidate should have solid engineering skills in civil/structural design, site layout, grading plans, stormwater management, regulatory interface, and piping and pumping systems. Position requires the applicant be a licensed PE in California, 40-hour HAZWOPPER certified, solid knowledge of engineering, membership and participation in Professional and Technical Societies, a high level of customer focus, strong leadership and communications skills, a pro-active mentor, and have a passion for growth of the business.  Position requires travel up to 40% of time and will require onsite presence at sites with documented soil and groundwater contamination.


Project Civil Engineer – San Diego, CA.  BS in Civil Engineering with 5 - 10 years of experience in civil engineering related to soil and groundwater remediation system design and operations.  MS in Civil Engineering preferred.  Duties include structural design, site layout, design of pumping and piping systems, system operation and maintenance oversight, and mentoring of junior staff.  Candidate will be required to adhere to budgets and schedules and may be required to help develop cost estimates for project tasks.  Candidate will be expected to support existing clients in our San Diego office, and should have basic engineering skills in structural design, site layout, stormwater management, and piping and pumping systems. Position requires the applicant be a licensed PE in California.  Position requires travel up to 40% of time and will require onsite presence at sites with documented soil and groundwater contamination.


Senior Chemical Engineer – San Diego, CA.  BS in Chemical Engineering with 20+ years of experience in chemical engineering to support environmental/engineering projects related to contaminant site remediation, remedial design/remedial action, environmental compliance, and project management.  MS in Chemical Engineering preferred.    Duties include project management; project and engineering design oversight; mentoring of technical staff; budget and schedule development; and monitoring, promoting and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients; and business development.  Projects will require the candidate to have extensive experience in the design, permitting and construction oversight of soil and groundwater systems, including process, electrical, and mechanical design, control and instrumentation, and pumping and piping systems.  Position requires the applicant be a licensed PE in California, 40-hour HAZWOPPER certified, solid knowledge of engineering, membership and participation in Professional and Technical Societies, a high level of customer focus, strong leadership and communications skills, a pro-active mentor, and have a passion for growth of the business.  Position requires travel up to 40% of time and will require onsite presence at sites with documented soil and groundwater contamination.


Senior Hydrogeologist – San Diego, CA.  BS (or higher) in geology or hydrogeology with 20+ years of experience to support environmental/hydrogeologic projects related to contaminant site assessment, remedial design/remedial action, environmental compliance, and water resource evaluations.  Responsibilities include: groundwater subject matter expert for environmental and water resource projects; senior technical reviews; mentoring technical staff; promoting and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients; and technical support on varied projects including hydrogeologic assessments, design/testing and construction of wells, groundwater sustainability, advanced remedial design/pilot testing, remedial action performance assessments, dewatering, compliance monitoring/permitting and contaminant fate and transport modeling. Candidate will be expected to support existing clients in our San Diego office, as well as participation in and growth of the business.  Candidate Position requires the applicant be a licensed PG and CHG in California, 40-hour HAZWOPPER certification, solid knowledge of hydrogeology, membership and participation in Professional and Technical Societies, a high level of customer focus, strong leadership and communications skills, a pro-active mentor, and have a passion for growth of the business.  Position requires travel up to 40% of time and will require onsite presence at sites with documented soil and groundwater contamination.


Staff Hydrogeologist – San Diego, CA.  A BS degree (or higher) in geology, hydrogeology, engineering geology or related environmental science with 3-10 years of experience to support environmental/hydrogeologic projects related to contaminant site assessment, remedial design/remedial action, environmental compliance, and water resource evaluations.  Duties include: evaluation and interpretation of air, soil vapor, soil, surface water, sediment and groundwater data; data management/evaluation (including use of large complex data bases and use of ArcGIS); evaluation of remedial alternatives; assessment of remedial action performance data; compliance monitoring and reporting; report writing; task management; preparing conceptual models and supporting fate and transport modeling activities; overseeing compliance monitoring field programs; participating and leading field programs including well installation, aquifer testing and pilot testing.  Candidate will be expected to support existing clients in our San Diego office, as well as develop additional clients.  Candidate Position requires the applicant have Geologist-In-Training/Engineering-In-Training certification, licensed PG in California a plus, 40-hour HAZWOPPER certification, membership and participation in Professional and Technical Societies, excellent writing and communication skills, and self-starter qualities.  Position requires travel up to 40% of time and will require onsite presence at sites with documented soil and groundwater contamination.
